Hi! I’m Allison-originally from Southern California, now calling Colorado home after nearly a decade! I’ve loved tacos for as long as I can remember (arguably a personality trait at this point), and this blog is my way of celebrating that love one taco at a time. Join me as I cook through the Tacolicious cookbook, bringing a little bit of the West Coast and Mexico to the Rockies.
